- Take half a cup of rice water.
- Shift it into a spray bottle, spray it all over your face or take a cotton ball and apply it with the help of it on your face and neck.
Your toner is ready, apply it every morning after cleansing your face most people get the results in three days. Results can vary from person to person depending on your skin type.
2) Face Mask
- Take one cotton sheet mask.
- Refrigerate the cotton sheet mask for 30 minutes after soaking it in rice water.
